CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All services must be secured with a $20 deposit to schedule your appointment.
All service deposits are non-refundable.
All sales for services and products are final.
Arrival: All clients are required to arrive for their appointment at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may forfeit your scheduled appointment. If a client is 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be rescheduled and your deposit will not be refunded. You will be required to pay an additional $10 deposit to reschedule your appointment. If a client arrives 15 minutes or more late for a second time, the $20 will be forfeited again and a $30 re-booking fee will apply to schedule the third appointment. After the second tardy, and the client is late again, I reserve the right to decline servicing the client.
Cancellation: All clients are required to call 24-hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Failure to call 24-hours prior to the scheduled appointment will forfeit the $20 deposit and require a $30 re-booking fee. After the second no call, now show, I reserve the right to decline servicing the client.
